Our licensee brings over 23 years of experience operating Level 3 Adult Foster Care Homes, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and resident well-being. The day-to-day operations of our home are overseen by a Registered Nurse with more than 40 years of healthcare experience, providing expert leadership and clinical oversight.
Located in beautiful Clackamas County, our newly remodeled and elegantly customized Adult Care Home offers a safe, peaceful setting just three miles from Kaiser Permanente Medical Center on Sunnyside Road. Our quiet neighborhood provides residents with a secure and relaxing atmosphere while maintaining convenient access to medical services and community resources.

24-Hour Care & Personal Assistance
Our compassionate care staff are available 24 hours a day to provide personalized support in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. We assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication management, and meal assistance, while promoting each resident's independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Respite & Hospice Care
We offer compassionate respite and hospice care in a peaceful, home-like environment. Whether recovering from an illness or receiving end-of-life care, our dedicated team provides comfort, dignity, and personalized support for both residents and their families.
Medical Complex Care Needs
Our experienced care team is equipped to meet a wide range of complex medical needs with compassion and professionalism. We provide individualized care for residents requiring enteral feedings, catheter care, two-person transfers, insulin management, wound care, tracheostomy care, and other specialized health services.
Medication Management
Our trained care staff provide safe and accurate medication management, ensuring medications are administered as prescribed and closely monitored to support each resident's health and well-being.
Individualized Care Plans
Every resident receives a comprehensive assessment conducted by our in-house Registered Nurse, allowing us to develop individualized care plans tailored to each person's unique needs and preferences.
